Trenchless Pipe Pulling

To replace a water or sewer line, we can pull a new pipe underground bursting through the old existing pipe. This method helps minimize disruption above the surface.

Trenchless Pipe Lining

Cured-in-place (CIPP) lining is a trenchless method that does not require excavation and is not limited by cold weather. We insert a flexible tube, infused with resin and cured with UV light to restore old damaged sewer pipes.

Trench Repair

In some cases, trenchless methods are not always feasible for repairing a sewer or water line. We are able to excavate the existing line, creating a trench, to expose and repair.

Cotters recently pulled a new sewer line through our home’s existing 80-year-old clay tile line. It’s not a cheap or fun job to have to do but their price was competitive and they were really good at communicating with us about the schedule and other aspects of the job, accommodating our concerns about digging in the yard and in front of our neighbor’s driveway, and promptly following up on our questions after the job was finished. In summary, they came on time, did what they said they would do, did it for the estimated cost, and everyone we dealt with from the front office to the crew was pleasant and helpful. Definitely would recommend Cotter’s if you are unfortunate enough to need a new sewer line.
