Have a Question?
-
Why are my drains slow?
Likely, you have a clog in the line caused either by roots or other debris such as toilet paper, wipes, tampons, food, grease etc. However, if you’re on septic and you’re having issues throughout the house, it’s likely your septic tank needs to be pumped or the filter needs to be cleaned.
-
How often should my septic tank be pumped?
For an average household, septic tank pumpings are recommended every 3 to 5 years. However, frequency is determined by household size and tank size.
-
How can I pay for my services?
You can pay the technician on site with a card, cash, or check. Otherwise, we will mail you an invoice to be paid either by mailed check, or card over the phone.
-
There's a sewer smell, where is it coming from?
Sewer smells can come from a number of sources. We first recommend trying to run water through all the drains first. If a P-Trap is dry, sewer smells can escape through the drain. Otherwise, we can run a smoke test that can locate the source of a break or leak in the line. If the source of the sewer smell is outside and you have a septic tank, your tank probably needs to be pumped.
-
I just had my drains cleaned, why are they backing up again?
If your drains are backing up again after a recent visit, then there likely is an issue with the line that requires enhanced equipment or fixes.
We can warranty a drain cleaning service due to workmanship, however we cannot warranty the cleaning due to issues with the line such as roots etc.
-
I am having frequent draining issues, what do I do?
To definitively diagnose a problem with your sewer line, we would need to run a camera through the line. This would be reviewed back in the office with a full report stating the condition of the line and any recommendations.
-
